Valtra S6 awarded for excellent design

Valtra’s flagship model, the 6th generation Valtra S Series tractor, has won the coveted iF design award. This globally renowned award is a seal of quality for outstanding design and design quality. It has been awarded by iF International Forum Design GmbH, one of the oldest independent design institutions in the world, for over 70 years. This marks Valtra as one of the best among the almost 11,000 submissions from 66 countries – an impressive achievement that underlines the highly competitive nature of this award.

Winning the iF Design Award comes hot on the heels of the recent wins including the international Good Design Award 2024, and local CIMAG 2025 Outstanding Machine Award at the GandAgro 2025 fair in Spain.

As stated by the Good Design Award jury: “The design of the S Series embodies the brand’s core message: a modern and efficient tractor with a self-confident appearance. As is typical of Scandinavian design, the clean lines support simplicity and practicality. — The spacious cab with over 6 m² of visibility to all directions enhances ergonomics and wellbeing for operators who don’t need to reach out to see near the tractor. — Enhanced autonomy increases profitability, while the easy-to-use UI accelerates learning, reduces stress, and unlocks the tractor’s full potential.”
