The Lundberg 60 series is an all-new generation of multipurpose tool carrier vehicles from Lännen Mobile Construction Equipment. We worked together with Lännen MCE to create a future-focused design for the first vehicle to come out in the series, the 6260.
New cabin & hood
We designed a cabin that not only meets high ergonomic standards but also delivers a quiet, peaceful operating environment. Enhanced visibility from within the cabin, achieved through smart design of the sightlines, allows for better maneuverability and increased safety in complex working environments.
Efficiency & comfort
We optimized the operator environment for improved ergonomics. All controls are intuitively placed and easy to reach. Features like automatic driver & tool identification, along with a smart control display system, ensure seamless operation across diverse tasks and environments – now and in the future.
Diverse workflows – one solution
Edea’s user-centric design process was pivotal in bringing Lännen MCE’s vision of a future-ready vehicle to life. The vehicles’ intended use in diverse, demanding tasks – from municipal and urban maintenance work to facilities management, infrastructure, and public work – calls for special attention in coming up with a universally working design.
Together with Lännen, we worked to gain a profound understanding of the goals, needs, and wishes of the machine operators and other stakeholders. This enabled us to come up with design solutions that make all workflows effective, efficient, and enjoyable. The result is a vehicle that not only addresses the immediate needs of operators and maintenance technicians, but also supports Lännen MCE’s long-term commitment to creating machines that are built for the future.
