Valtra T Series Clears the Awards Table at Agritechnica  

Valtra T Series has won the world-renowned Machine of the Year 2018 award in the upper horse power category at the Agritechnica trade fair in Hannover on November 15th, 2017. Just a few days earlier, the Valtra T254 model already won the Tractor of the Year 2018 and Best Design 2018 awards in the same fair.

Launched in 2014, the T Series stands for the highest levels of comfort, durability, versatility and Scandinavian design with optimal functionality and great visibility. Like all Valtra product ranges, it can be tailored to meet the highest needs of each individual customer, not forgetting Valtra’s TwinTrac reverse-drive system or the SkyView cab with ultimate rear side visibility.

The latest award continues Valtra’s long winning streak for design prizes in 2016, all gained with ED Design working as Valtra’s industrial design partner of choice. These include the GOOD DESIGN™ award, the A’Design Award, the Red Dot Award, and the Golden Tractor for the Design Award. At the same time, the tractors have proved to be bestsellers and highly recognized by Valtra’s customers.

Designing the Valtra T Series has been a tremendous effort for Valtra and ED Design. Based on customer needs, high-quality and innovative design has had a big impact on ergonomics, usability, reliability, safety and productivity of the new models.
